A Supervisor is required to work within the Post area of a large financial services organisation. You will be required to supervise a large team of staff and be responsible for all post received including sorting and scanning. You will ensure all procedures and processes are followed, deadlines are met and any issues dealt with. You will hold regular team meetings and ensure staff are fully trained and deal with any staffing issues on a daily basis.
You must have previous experience within a similar area preferably within Financial Services. Strong management skills are required with the ability to motivate and organise a team. You must also have strong communication and problem solving skills. This role requires the candidate to work a shift pattern between the hours of 6am – 5pm.
